About

TweakShell is a GPU-rendered terminal window with tabs and split panes, built on a portable terminal core that also runs headless.

Its core, UI and renderer are portable and don't depend on Linux. Linux is the current PTY and display host, not the permanent contract, and a TweakKernel backend is planned without copying Linux PTY semantics.

It was the first first-party app shipped as a signed native .tweak package.
